PV Panel Junction Box Removing Machine
This fully automatic equipment is specially designed for dismantling junction boxes from PV modules. It realizes high-speed and stable cutting and removal of junction boxes, effectively reducing material loss caused by manual disassembly and supporting continuous large-scale feeding production.
PV Panel Aluminum Frame Removing Machine
The equipment achieves seamless dismantling of aluminum alloy frames for various sizes of PV panels. The disassembled aluminum frames remain intact and can be directly recycled and reused. It serves as essential pretreatment equipment for the whole PV recycling process.
PV Panel Glass Removing Machine
After the removal of aluminum frames and junction boxes, this machine efficiently peels off tempered glass that is tightly bonded with EVA film. It completes the preliminary recovery of glass components and reduces the operating load of subsequent pyrolysis equipment.
PV Panel Pyrolysis Tunnel Furnace
As the core heat treatment equipment of the entire recycling line, the closed tunnel furnace is dedicated to decomposing organic materials such as EVA film and backsheets. It completely eliminates the internal bonding force of PV laminated panels to prepare materials for subsequent sorting processes. With stable temperature control, it is fully applicable to continuous industrial mass production.
Pyrolysis Sorting System & Crushing Sorting System
The pyrolysis sorting system separates glass, silicon, metals and plastics from pyrolyzed mixed materials. The crushing and sorting system further crushes and classifies materials to separate silicon powder, copper powder and plastic powder. The multi-stage combined sorting structure greatly improves sorting accuracy and material utilization.
Silver Stripping Machine (Silicon Wafer Silver Extraction Line)
Equipped with a complete hydrometallurgical system, this professional equipment efficiently strips silver layers from waste PV silicon wafers and produces high-purity silver products with a purity of 99.99%. It fully taps the economic value of precious metals in waste PV modules and greatly improves the overall profit margin of recycling projects.
