E-Waste Recycling Plant Processes waste printed circuit boards — computer boards, mobile phone boards, TV boards and other e-waste PCBs — through component dismantling, three-stage crushing, air gravity and electrostatic separation. Outputs: a metal concentrate (copper, gold, aluminum, nickel) for direct sale or smelting, and non-metal powder (resin, glass fiber) reusable in wood-plastic composites and building profiles. Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a factory-based manufacturer. All equipment is designed, fabricated and trial-run in our own workshop in zhengzhou, China. You are welcome to request a live video tour or visit us in person before ordering.
Q2: Can you test my raw material before I buy?
A: Yes. Send us a sample of your waste material — PCBs, anode slime, silver contacts or catalytic converters — and our lab will analyze its composition and run process tests. You receive a test report with expected recovery rates before you make any decision. The testing service is free.
Q3: What purity can your precious metal refining equipment achieve?
A: Our gold refining and extraction equipment and silver/copper electrolytic refining systems can reach up to 99.99% purity, depending on the feed material and process configuration.
Q4: What capacities do your plants offer?
A: We design lines from 200 kg/h pilot scale to 1 t/h industrial plants. Tell us your daily input and target output, and we will size the line accordingly.
Q5: Do you provide installation and operator training?
A: Yes. Installation supervision (onsite or remote video guidance) and complete operator training are included until the line runs at rated capacity.
