Our Automatic Solar Panel Glass Removing Machine is a high-efficiency recycling solution designed to separate tempered glass from scrapped or defective photovoltaic (PV) modules. By utilizing advanced mechanical peeling and precise heating technologies, it achieves a 99% glass purity recovery rate, allowing recycling factories to maximize the value of recovered materials like aluminum frames, glass, and copper ribbons.

Working Principle

1. Feeding: Frame-removed solar panels are loaded onto the conveyor belt automatically or manually.

2. Thermal Softening: The machine applies intelligent, localized heating to soften the EVA adhesive layer.

3. Mechanical Separation: Precision blades or rollers peel the tempered glass away from the silicon cell layer.

4. Discharging: Clean cullet glass and the remaining cell/backsheet layers are discharged into separate collection bins.

Final Products: Glass and Other Materials(Glass-free PV panels).
