Every inquiry receives a reply within 24 hours, in English and Chinese. Our dedicated service team — salesperson, project manager, logistics coordinator and technical support engineer — is assigned to your order from the first contact.

In which languages can we communicate?
We communicate in English and Chinese as standard, and technical documents, manuals and after-sales support are available in both languages. For other languages we arrange translation support when needed.

Can I visit your factory before ordering?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our workshop in Zhengzhou, China. We arrange airport pickup and hotel reservation, and you can see the equipment being manufactured and trial-run in real time. If you cannot travel, we provide live video tours by WhatsApp, Zoom or WeChat.

How do I send raw material samples for testing?
Contact us first and we will guide you on sample size and shipping. Send your material — waste PCBs, anode slime, silver contacts, gold-plated components, copper-bearing solution, etc. — to our laboratory in Zhengzhou, and our lab will analyze its composition and run process tests. You receive a testing report with expected recovery rates before you make any decision. The testing service is free.

Do you offer online or video meetings?
Yes. We arrange video meetings on WhatsApp, Zoom, WeChat or Teams at your preferred time. You can discuss your raw material, capacity and site requirements directly with our engineers.

What information do you need for a quotation?
Please tell us your raw material type (e.g. waste PCBs, lithium batteries, anode slime), target input capacity (e.g. 500 kg/h), your location and destination port. With these details we send a professional solution and quotation within 24 hours, quoted FOB or CIF to your port.

Are you recruiting local dealers or agents?
