Product Description
The solar panel pyrolysis sorting equipment is utilized during the sorting stage of the pyrolysis recycling process—specifically for the mixed materials discharged from the pyrolysis tunnel furnace. Using our proprietary sorting technology, the material first undergoes physical vibration and drum sorting to separate large, clean glass fragments. Subsequently, air separators and multi-functional screening machines are employed to precisely separate silicon wafers, copper ribbons (solder ribbons), and precious metals such as silver based on density differences.
Working Principle
Utilizing our proprietary advanced sorting technology, the material first undergoes physical vibration and drum sorting to separate large, clean glass fragments. Subsequently, an air separator and a multi-functional screening machine are used to precisely separate silicon wafers, copper wires, and other materials based on density differences.
Final Products: Silicon wafers, copper wire, and glass.
